There are eight contests today to start off the week.

BOYS’ TENNIS

Towanda (8-3) at Wellsboro (10-1), 4 p.m.: The match to decide the league title. Towanda was swept by Wellsboro in their meeting at Towanda.

BASEBALL

Canton (9-2) at NP-Mansfield (6-3-1), 4 p.m.: The Warriors will look to clinch a playoff spot with a win, while also trying to keep pace with Sayre in the Division-II standings. The Tigers have won three in a row to climb up the NTL standings.

NEB (1-5) at Towanda (1-7), 4:30 p.m: Both of these teams will be looking for win number two. The Knights are coming off a shootout loss to CV, while the Panthers recently lost to Wellsboro.

CV (5-7) at Wyalusing (5-1), 4:30 p.m.: The Rams picked up a short handed win over Athens on Saturday as they look to take control of the NTL Division-I standings. The Indians are looking to get to .500 after coming off a win over Towanda.

Troy (3-5) at South Williamsport (7-2), 4:30 p.m.: A tough test for the rejuvenated Trojans, coming off an extra innings loss to undefeated Sayre. South Williamsport is 2-1 against NTL teams. 

SOFTBALL

Canton (7-4) at NP-Liberty (3-6), 4:30 p.m.: The Warriors are on a 7-2 streak after starting the year 0-2. The last time these two teams met Canton won in a walk-off.

CV (7-2) at Wyalusing (2-4), 4:30 p.m.: The Rams are coming off a tough Williamsport Tournament, but face a talented CV team as they look to regroup. The Indians themselves are coming off a loss to Towanda.

NEB (6-0) at Towanda (3-5), 4:30 p.m.: The Panthers picked up another exciting win over the weekend, beating Wellsboro to stay undefeated. For Towanda, they were able to finish off CV after taking an early, something they’ve struggled with this season.
