NTL BOYS' TRACK & FIELD: WYALUSING PULLS AWAY FROM TROY (2021-04-30)

WYALUSING — The Wyalusing boys’ track and field team defeated Troy 94-56 in NTL action Friday.

The Rams had big advantages in the throws (26-1), and sprints (18-9), and eked out small edges in jumps (20-16), and relays (10-5).


Troy won the distance events (15-12), and hurdles (10-8).


Wyalusing’s Alex Hunsinger (9-feet, 3-inches) won the pole vault, followed by Troy’s Seth Seymour (9-feet), and Ram Alex Boyd (8-feet).


Wyalusing’s Kashawn Cameron (11.3) won the 100, with Troy’s Colin Loveland (11.9) second, while Ram Brian Arnold (12.0) was third.


The Rams went 1-2 in the discus behind Abram Bennett (105-feet, 1-inch), and Jacob Palfreyman (99-feet, 3-inches), while Troy’s Hunter Kulago (68-feet) took third.


Troy’s Dustin Hagin (16.1) won the 110 hurdles, as Wyalusing’s Darevin Curlee (18.0), and Colbrin Nolan (20.5) were second and third.


Wyalusing’s Justin Hiduk (2:12) won the 800, as Troy’s Owen Williams (2:24), and Jacob Hinman (2:25) were second and third.


Hagin (5-feet, 6-inches) won the high jump, followed by Rams Ethan Lewis (5-feet, 6-inches), and Grady Cobb (5-feet, 6-inches).


Troy’s 4x400 relay won in 3:53.


Wyalusing swept the shot put with Palfreyman (41-feet, 2-inches), Bennett (34-feet, 9-inches), and Dereck Baldwin (30-feet, 4-inches).


Hagin (45.6) won the 300 hurdles, as Curlee (48.0), and Nolan (53.9) were second and third.


Wyalusing’s 4x800 relay (9:44) won on the strength of their final leg, with Hiduk, Clayton Petlock, Brody Fuhrey, and Curelee.


Troy went 1-2 in the 1600 with Wiliams (5:35), and Hinman (5:51), as Wyalusing’s Evan Johnson (6:38) was third.


Oswald (37-feet, 9-inches) won the triple jump, followed by Troy’s Wyatt Hodlofski (35-feet, 9-inches), and Loveland (35-feet, 5-inches).


Wyalusing’s 4x100 relay won in 47.0 behind a team of Arnold, Joey Gonsauls, Oswald, and Cameron.


Bennett (120-feet, 7-inches) led a Ram sweep of the javelin, as Husinger (110-feet, 6-inches) was second, and Travis Bahl (99-feet, 1-inch) came in third.


Bahl (59.0) won the 400, with Troy’s Isais Watkins (1:01.4) second, and Ram Jacob Horner (1:05.4) third.


Cameron (23.9) won the 200, followed by Watkins (24.2), and Arnold (25.0).


Fuhrey (13:16) won the 3200, with Troy’s Brandon Schrader (13:52) second, and Johnson (15:04) third.


Cameron (18-feet, 9 1/2-inches) won the long jump, as Loveland (17-feet, 6 1/2-inches) was second, and Hodlofski (17-feet, 5-inches) came in third.
