NEB INDUCTS NEW MEMBERS OF THEIR ATHLETIC HOF (2021-06-08)

The NEB inducted two teams, and two new individuals into their Athletic Hall of Fame on Tuesday.

They welcomed the 1987 boys’ basketball team, which reached the PIAA Eastern Finals, and the 2012 boys’ cross-country team, which won the PIAA, Class A State Championship.

Individuals inducted are former cross-country, and track and field coach Michael Murphy - who coached that 2012 team - and former standout player Kelly Gallagher. Gallagher starred in basketball, cross-country, and track and field.
