ON TAP FOR TODAY: WEEK 3 FOOTBALL WITH A COUPLE SOCCER GAMES (2020-09-25)

Week three for football while two make-up soccer games are schedule as well. 

While Troy and Wyalusing play on the gridiron Towanda has a bye and Canton is still in quarantine.

FOOTBALL

Athens (1-0) at Wyalusing (2-0), 7 p.m.: A match-up of unbeaten teams. The Rams pulled away from CV last week while the Wildcats haven’t played in two weeks as their game last Friday was cancelled.

Troy (1-1) at NP-Mansfield (1-0), 7 p.m.: The Trojans look to build on last week’s win over Towanda while the Panthers come in after rallying to beat Wellsboro in week two.

GIRLS’ SOCCER

Troy (3-0) at NP-Mansfield (0-2), 4 p.m.: The Trojans hit the road as they face the Tigers. Troy has recently had its last two games cancelled while NPM just started play this week.

Wyalusing (3-1) at Athens (3-0-1), 5 p.m.: A big test for the Rams as they take on the defending NTL champions. Wyalusing is coming off a big win against NP-Mansfield while the Wildcats just defeated NEB.
