COLLEGE: WYALUSING'S EDSELL NATIONALLY RANKED FOR PSU (2021-11-17)

Creighton Edsell’s start to his sophomore year just got better. After going 2-0 for Penn State in their dual meet season openers, the Wyalusing graduate is now ranked in the top 33 by InterMat Rankings for 165 pounds at the Division-I level.

Edsell is currently ranked 32nd, just ahead of Maryland’s John Martin Best. 

In total there are 10 Big Ten wrestlers ranked in the top 33, with Edsell ninth.

Edsell, and the Nittany Lions, return to the mat on Thursday, November 18 as they host Army with a 7 p.m. start.
