One big NTL boys’ hoops showdown, with a few girls games on the docket as well.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

Troy (10-1) at Athens (9-4), 7:30 p.m.: This game as been moved a few times, but it looks like it will be a go today. The Trojans are rolling after a big win over Canton last Friday, while the Wildcats will be looking to rebound from their loss to Wyalusing.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

CV (1-8) at Towanda (9-3), 7:30 p.m.: The Knights are coming off a big win over Montoursville last Friday, and will be looking to stay unbeaten in the NTL as they host the Indians for a make-up.

NEB (10-2) at Sayre (0-7), 6 p.m.: The Panthers will look to continue the area’s longest win streak, now at seven, as they take on the Redskins during NTL Division-II play.

Wyalusing (4-8) at Wellsboro (5-6), 6:15 p.m.: This will be a varsity game first as the Rams are still short some JV players. Wyalusing is coming off their best offensive performance of the season as both teams look to stay in the playoff hunt.
