COLLEGE: WYALUSING GRAD EDSELL GETS WIN FOR PSU IN VICTORY OVER OHIO STATE (2022-02-05)

STATE COLLEGE — Penn State was able to roll past Ohio State, 32-7, during Big Ten wrestling action on Friday, with Wyalusing’s Creighton Edsell playing a part.

The former Ram pulled out a 2-0 sudden victory win over Buckeye Kevon Freeman at 165 pounds, which was one of eight Nittany Lion wins on the night. 

Both teams are Nationally ranked, with the Lions in the top spot, while Ohio State is sixth.

Penn State will host No. 8 Nebraska on Sunday at noon.
