SILVER BULLETS BLACK GO 3-0 ON THE FIRST DAY AT TOURNEY (2022-07-03)

CORNING — The Silver Bullets Black went 3-0 during the first day of the FURYous 2022 Summer Softball Tournament for 12U on Saturday.

They defeated the Fury 5-0, the East Greenbush XPress Navy 9-1, and the Southern Tier Thunder 5-1.

In the win over the Fury Canton’s Jaylee Ward went 1-for-2 with a run scored, and an RBI, while Troy’s Haidyn Watson was 1-for-1 with a double, two runs scored, and an RBI. Towanda’s Leila Cobb also scored a run.

In the win over the XPress Ward went 3-for-3 with a triple, and two runs scored, while Watson was 2-for-3 with a run scored, and an RBI. Cobb went 1-for-3 in the game.

And in the win over the Southern Tier Thunder Watson went 1-for-3 with a triple, a run scored, and an RBI, while Ward scored a run.
