WYALUSING ON REMOTE LEARNING THROUGH EASTER DUE TO COVID-19 (2021-03-24)

Northern Tier Sports Report
Covid-19 has reared it’s ugly head again.

Due to an uptick of cases in Wyalusing, the Rams will be going remote and won’t be able to play their first spring sport contests until April 9. All games and meets will be wiped out until then, with make-ups for varsity hopefully later in the year.

School is expected to go back to in-person on April 6, with teams needing three straight practices to be eligible for contests.

Wyalusing is currently remote, as is Towanda and Athens. Towanda will stay remote through March 31, while Athens returns to school Friday. They are still slated to travel to Canton that day to open up the baseball and softball season for all four teams.
