NTL BOYS' SOCCER: KUHN SCORES FOUR MORE IN NEB'S 4-2 WIN OVER WILLIAMSON (October 1, 2025)

TIOGA JUNCTION — Tyler Kuhn’s hot streak continued as he scored all four NEB goals in their 4-2 win over Williamson during NTL boys’ soccer action Wednesday.

“While Dan Barrett and Dayton Russell made some great attacks, and runs in the first half we were not very controlling with the ball in the middle third of the field in the first half,” said NEB coach Scott Merritt. “After halftime we got back to cleaner passes, and good ball control, got on our horse, and got after it. Multiple people decided to want it more, couple that with Tyler Kuhn deciding to not be denied, and we went on the offensive.”

This is Kuhn’s third straight four performance with Eli Stanton getting two assists, and Dan Barrett adding one. 

All the scoring was done in the second half as Williamson took the lead with a goal less than five minutes in.

Less than a minute later Kuhn scored an unassisted goal to make it 1-1.

Just over two minutes after that Kuhn put NEB ahead with a goal off a Stanton assist.

With 26:10 to play Kuhn made it 3-1 off another Stanton assist.

Williamson cut it to 3-2 two minutes later, but a Kuhn goal off a Barrett helper with 21:32 on the clock made it 4-2, and the Panthers made that stick the rest of the way.

Williamson out shot NEB 15-13 and had a 4-2 edge in corner kicks.

Gavin Puza made 17 saves in net for the Panthers.
