TROY — The Troy girls’ basketball team was working hard in the gym to defend their NTL title Thursday.

They have a new head coach in Steve Renzi, who led the boys to back to back NTL titles a few years ago. He’ll join his daughters Giana Renzi and Izzy Renzi on the squad.
