CANTON — Troy boys’ basketball topped Canton, 86-17, during NTL action Tuesday.
It was 34-2 in favor of the Trojans after one and they never looked back.
Trey Teribury had 20 points, five assists, and four steals to lead Troy with Cameron Morey and Aiden Lawrence getting 12 points each. Morey added six boards and two blocks, as Lawrence nabbed five boards.
Evan Allen added 10 points to go with five boards, as Pryor Teribury and James Roy both scored seven. Pryor also had five steals.
Josiah Pesesky and Spencer Martin had five points each, with Pesesky getting nine boards, and three assists, while Martin had six assists, and two steals.
Landon Cole, and Brody Ayres chipped in with four points apiece, as Cole also had five assists, and five steals.
Teyton Thompson had six points to lead Canton with Cooper Jennings scoring five, Monte Whitehead adding four, and Kix Carr chipping in with two.
In Troy’s first quarter run Trey racked up 12 points as the team hit four 3-balls. Lawrence took over in their 23 point second quarter with nine points.
Troy (4-1) plays host to undefeated NEB on Thursday while Canton (0-5) is at NP-Mansfield.
