SULLIVAN COUNTY PULLS AWAY FROM CMVT (2025-12-23)

LAPORTE — Sullivan County stayed undefeated with their 74-46 win over CMVT on Tuesday.

Lucas King led four Griffins in double figures with 18 points, to go with four steals, as Cayden Smithkors had 13 points, and seven boards.

Jaiden Moore added 11 points, and seven rebounds, while Dom Marotti netted 11 points.

Ryan Murray scored six, with Tucker Blasi adding four. Colin King had three points with four steals, while Landon Bahr also had three points. 

Marshall Strain, and Carter Blasi chipped in with two points apiece.

Andrew Molick had 14 to lead CMVT.

It was tight early with Sullivan nursing a 16-13 first quarter lead behind seven points from Lucas King.

They out scored CMVT 22-17 in the second quarter to extend their lead to 38-30 at the break as Smithkors went off for eight points.

A 25-10 third quarter run sealed things up for the Griffins. Lucas King netted 10 to lead the way.

Sullivan won the JV game 50-17 behind 10 points from Bahr.

The Griffins travel to Towanda on Saturday with a 1 p.m. JV start.
