NTL WRESTLING: WYALUSING INDUCTS EDSELL, HALEY, AND OTIS INTO THE WRESTLING HALL OF FAME (2026-01-23)

WYALUSING — Wyalusing wrestling inducted three into their Hall of Fame on Thursday, with 2010’s stalwarts Creighton Edsell, Josh Haley, and Dawson Otis all getting in.

Edsell wrestled from 2014-2018, and finished with 156 wins in his career. 

He finished with one state title, three state medals, two District IV titles, a Northeast Regional title, and a 4-time North Section Champion.

Team wise, he was on four teams that one league titles, two team district championships, and a fourth place finish at the PIAA State Duals in 2015.

Edsell finished up his career at Penn State, going 25-8 in his career, while being a regular for the 2021-2022 National Championship team.

Haley wrestled from 2013-2017, and finished with 166 career wins to be third all-time in Wyalusing.

He set records for career team points, career takedowns, and the most takedowns in a single season with 88.

He finished with 11 postseason medals through sectionals, districts, and regionals, along with being a 3-time state qualifier. He was also a North Section champion, and a Northeast Regional Champion.

Otis was a varsity starter for three seasons, finishing with 116 wins, including 90 wins in his final two years.

The heavyweight won three North Section Championships, qualify for the Northeast Regional Tournament three times, earned two state berths, and took sixth at states his junior year.
