Northern Tier Sports ReportWyalusing had two left at the Ultimate Warrior Tournament on Friday, with Daniel Fox and Jonathan Earle both alive in the wrestle backs.
Earle (152) won his first two bouts - the opener a 1:10 fall, the second a 17-2 tech fall - before falling 7-5 in the quarterfinals.
Fox (215) opened with a 15-0 tech fall loss, but rallied to win the next three bouts, all in first period falls. His first was in 1:49, his second in 1:23, and the third in 1:56 to stay alive.
Cole Patrick (133), Conner Earle (172), Ethan Vanderpool (189), and Reuben Kinney (145) all went 2-2, with Patrick medical forfeiting twice after starting out 2-0.
Bostyn McMicken (127), and Logan Wood (107) both went 1-2, as Brenden Wells (285), and Holden Patrick (160) both went 0-2.
Wrestling will conclude on Saturday.
