SHIKSHINNY — Sullivan County rolled past Northwest, 73-13, during Mid-Penn boys’ hoops action Saturday.
The Griffins led 22-10 after one, then out scored the Rangers 51-3 the rest of the way, as they held them scoreless in the second, and fourth quarters.
Lucas King had 22 points on 9-for-11 shooting to go with five assists and five steals, while Tucker Blasi had 15 points on 6-for-8 shooting.
Cayden Smithkors notched 12 points on 5-for-7 shooting with four steals, as Colin King also had 12 points to go with eight boards.
Jaiden Moore had four points, Madden Fries notched two points, and Ryan Murray had one point, and six rebounds.
Landon Bahr netted three, as Marshall Strain scored two.
Lucas King led Sullivan in the first quarter with 10 points as Colin King added seven.
In the second Blasi netted nine points, while Lucas King added eighth, allowing them to build a 46-10 lead at the half.
Smithkors took over the scoring in the third with nine points.
Sullivan County won the JV game 48-26 behind 16 from Hunter Miller.
The Griffins are at Benton on Monday.
