Northern Tier Sports ReportTroy grad Sheldon Seymour is into the quarterfinals of the 2026 NCAA Wrestling Championships after going 2-0 on Thursday.
Seymour (125), wrestling for Lehigh, gutted out a 5-4 win over Iowa State’s Stevo Poulin in the round of 16 after pinning Pitt’s Tyler Chappell in 5:38 during the opening round.
The fourth seeded Seymour will face fifth seed, Oklahoma State’s Troy Spratley, on Friday morning.
