Northern Tier Sports ReportTOWANDA — Towanda fell to South Williamsport, 4-1, during non-league boys’ tennis action Saturday.
Bayley Poll was Towanda’s lone winner, beating South’s Carson Harris 6-0, 6-1 at first singles.
At second singles South Williamsport’s Carson Fry won 6-1, 6-1 over Matrix McCarter, while at third singles South’s Dylan Webb won 6-2, 6-0 against Kellen Colton.
In doubles action Towanda’s duo of Emma Ackley and Brody Hennessy lost 6-1, 6-2 against Levi Jackson and David Miller at first doubles.
At second doubles the Towanda team of Travyn Lewis and Ethan Lane fell 6-2, 6-1 to Nate Miller and Davenport.
