Northern Tier Sports ReportSELINSGROVE — Wyalusing’s Dylan Johns won the high jump title at the Selinsgrove Invitational over the weekend.
Johns cleared the bar at 6-feet, 5-inches to take gold, while also taking eighth in the long jump at 20-feet, 1 1/4-inches.
Joshua Palfreyman was third in the discus at 139-feet, 8-inches, as Jonathan Earle was fifth in the pole vault at 12-feet.
For the girls Vayda Rought and Jenna Morningstar both earned a pair of podium finishes.
Rought was sixth in the long jump at 14-feet, 11 1/4-inches, and seventh in the 100 in 12.98.
Morningstar took second in the long jump (16-feet, 7 1/4-inches) and tied for seventh in the high jump (4-feet, 8-inches).
