NTL SOFTBALL: WYALUSING FALLS 1-0 TO NPL IN PITCHER'S DUEL (2026-04-15)

LIBERTY — Wyalusing fell 1-0 pitcher’s duel to NP-Liberty during NTL softball action Wednesday.

The Mounties pushed one across in the bottom of the third to get the win.

Josie Ferris (2-for-3) had a multi-hit game for the Rams as Addison Fluck (1-for-2), and Kyla Carpenter (1-for-2) also had hits.

Fluck struck out six in the loss, while allowing four walks, five hits, and one unearned run.

Elyna Booth struck out seven in the win for the Mounties, with one walk, and five hits.

Kameron Lightner (1-for-3) had the RBI as Haley Litzelman scored their run.

The Mounties scored with two outs in the third as Litzleman singled, then scored on Lightner’s single.

Twice Wyalusing got two runners on with one out - both in the fifth and the seventh - but could push any across.

Wyalusing (7-3) is at Towanda Thursday with a 4:30 p.m. start.
