NTL BOYS TENNIS: TOWANDA'S POLL REACHES D4 SINGLES FINAL FOUR (2026-04-27)

BLOOMSBURG — Towanda’s Bayley Poll went 2-0 at the District IV Boys Tennis Singles Tournament Monday to punch his ticket to the semifinals.

Poll will face the top seed, Jersey Shore’s Ryder Fink, at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at the South Williamsport Tennis Center.

Poll is the first Black Knight to make the semifinals since David Rodenhizer back in 2014. Rodenhizer won the district title that year.

Poll, the fourth seed, opened with a 6-2, 6-2 win over Bloomsburg’s Marc-Alexi Dobbins in the second round.

Then in the quarter finals Poll pulled out a 7-5, 7-6 win over Central Columbia’s David Toscano to reach the final four.

Fink won both of his matches 6-0, 6-0.

On the other side of the bracket Danville’s David Sommer will face Loyalsock’s Elijah Lin.
