Northern Tier Sports ReportWYALUSING — The Wyalusing boys and girls track and field teams earned NTL tri-meet sweeps on Tuesday.
The Lady Rams scored 99 points to top Williamson (85) and Sayre (1), while the boys had 116 points to beat Williamson (58) and Sayre (7).
For the boys Wyalusing’s Aiden Neiley (2:11.42) and Cody Tuttle (2:21.47) went 1-2 in the 800. Tuttle won the 1600 (5:09.98) with Cooper Meyer (6:02.10) in third.
Wyalusing’s Reuben Kinney (13:27.80) and Tuttle (13:28.07) went 2-3 in the 3200.
Rams Dominic Trowbridge (12.31) and Tyler Caplan (12.32) went 2-3 in the 100. Trowbridge was second in the 200 in 24.43, with Camron Cole (57.48) third in the 400.
Wyalusing went 1-2 in the 110 hurdles with Jack Fischer (17.13) and Jonathan Earle (18.34). Fischer also won the 300 hurdles in 44.24.
The Rams won the 4x100 (54.06) and the 4x800 (11:11.94).
Wyalusing swept the high jump with Dylan Johns (5-feet, 8-inches), James Weaver (5-feet, 6-inches), and John Kerin (5-feet, 4-inches).
Johns also won the long jump in 20-feet, 1 1/4-inches followed by teammates Shay Gartland (17-feet, 11-inches) and Kerin (16-feet, 11-inches).
Caplan won the triple jump in 41-feet, 9 3/4-inches as teammate Jonathan Baker (32-feet, 6 3/4-inches) took third.
Earle won the pole vault in 13-feet, 3-inches with teammate Sullivan McCracken (9-feet, 9-inches) in third.
Wyalusing’s Joshua Palfreyman (114-feet, 5-inches) and Jasai Latini (113-feet, 8-inches) went 1-2 in the discus. Palfreyman (38-feet, 9-inches) was second in the shot put.
In the javelin Wyalusing’s duo of Ethan Vanderpool (137-feet, 8-inches) and Earle (115-feet, 4-inches) went 1-2.
On the girls side Wyalusing’s Vayda Rought (13.41) won the 100 with Ava King (14.51) in third. Rams Carol Scarborough (30.20) and Megan King (31.08) went 2-3 in the 200.
Wyalusing’s Aleta O’Connor (1:10.03) was third in the 400 as Camryn Gesford (2:49.79) took third in the 800.
Megan King (15:00.37) and teammate Riley Porter (15:02.18) went 2-3 in the 3200.
Wyalusing’s Lia Fischer (18.38) and Mya King (18.60) went 2-3 in the 100 hurdles, as Megan King (55.82) and Willa King (58.54) went 2-3 in the 300 hurdles.
Wyalusing won the 4x100 (54.54) and the 4x800 (12:10.52).
Wyalusing’s duo of Alyssa Neagle (4-feet, 4-inches) and Jenna Morningstar (4-feet, 2-inches) went 1-2 in the high jump.
Morningstar (15-feet, 8 1/4-inches) and Rought (15-feet, 4 1/4-inches) went 2-3 in the long jump.
Fischer (33-feet, 4 3/4-inches) won the triple jump with Neagle (29-feet, 8 1/2-inches) in third
Wyalusing swept the pole vault with Storey Newell (7-feet), Mya King (7-feet), and Lia Hart (6-feet, 6-inches). Mea Johnson was third in the discus at 70-feet, 5-inches).
Wyalusing’s Addi Vanderpool (90-feet, 5-inches) and Taydin Gardner (84-feet, 8-inches) went 1-2 in the javelin.
Johnson (24-feet, 6-inches) and Sierra Gromley (23-feet, 11-inches) went 2-3 in the shot put.
