Northern Tier Sports ReportA local youth travel soccer club, mainly comprised of Towanda area students, recently won their U10 division championship at 434 Sportsplx in Vestal, NY.
Black Knight Pride battled back from a 2-goal deficit in the second half against Maine-Endwell, then won with a golden-goal with less than 10 seconds remaining in overtime.
Black Knight Pride then went on to face Chenango Forks in the championship. After a 3-3 tie, the game culminated to a shootout where BKP came out the victors 1-0.
