Northern Tier Sports ReportCOUDERSPORT — Canton’s Alexis McRoberts broke her own school record again, this time in the shot put, as she took home two golds at the Coudersport Invitational Friday.
McRoberts threw 40-feet, 1-inch to win the shot put, while threw 124-feet, 9-inches to take first in the discus.
The Warriors had several other throwers reach the podium, as well, with Emilia Pepper taking third in the javelin (92-feet, 5-inches), and fourth in the shot put (29-feet, 9-inches). Kendall Petrowski was fourth in the discus (85-feet, 5-inches).
Daveian Crowley won the 100 (13.47) and took third in the 200 (27.67), as Danah Wesneski was second in the 300 hurdles (50.05), and sixth in the 200 (28.81).
Hayley Larsen tied for sixth in the high jump at 4-feet, 4-inches, as Stella Rockwell was sixth in the long jump at 14-feet, 1 1/2-inches.
The 4x100 was second in 53.28.
On the boys side Manuel Halbfoerster was third in the 1600 (4:59.66) and fourth in the 800 (2:10.36).
Wyatt Hilton took fifth in the shot put (40-feet, 11-inches) and sixth in the discus (110-feet).
Landon Lake was fifth in the 1600 (5:00.53) with John Whitehead sixth in the 110 hurdles (18.79).
