The Susquehanna River Rats 11U recently went 3-1 at the Crush Into Summer Tournament.
The River Rats won their first three games, beating Snyder County Storm (16-6), Cedar Cliff Jr Colts (18-8), and Montoursville (20-7) before falling to Lycos Aces (15-3).
In the win over Snyder County the River Rats scored in every inning as they pounded out 18 hits, including six extra base hits.
Jackson Case (4-for-4) had two doubles with 3-RBI, and a run scored as Kase Morningstar (3-for-3) had a home run with three runs scored, and 2-RBI.
Brantlee Simpson (1-for-2) had a home run with 2-RBI as Forrest Fisk (1-for-4) also had a home run with 2-RBI.
Emerson Clouse (3-for-4) had a double with 2-RBI and a run scored, with Wesley Carr (3-for-4) scoring three runs with an RBI.
Luke Ball (2-for-3) had three runs scored with an RBI while Brantley Cron (1-for-3) also scored. Cayden Benjamin and Elliot Campbell both scored with Cayden also driving in a run.
Brantley C started, and went 2 2/3-innings for the win. He struck out two with six walks, two hits, and six runs scored, three of which were earned.
Luke went 1 1/3-innings with one strikeout, one walk, and two hits, as Jackson tossed an inning with one strikeout.
Against Cedar Cliff The River Rats used an 11-run second inning to pull away.
Emerson (4-for-4) had two doubles with three runs scored, and an RBI as Jackson (3-for-4) drove in three runs while scoring twice.
Elliott (2-for-3) had a double with two runs and an RBI, Kase (2-for-2) had a double with 3-RBI and two runs, Luke (1-for-3) had a double with an RBI, and Brantlee (1-for-2) had a double with two runs scored, and 2-RBI.
Forrest (2-for-3) scored twice and drove in two runs, as Wesley (2-for-2) also scored twice while driving in one run.
Cayden (1-for-2) scored two runs while driving in one.
Brantlee started and went two innings with one strikeout, two walks, one hit, and three earned runs, with Kase going an inning with one strikeout, no walks, two hits, and two runs, one of which was earned.
Emerson went the final inning with one strikeout, no walks, five hits, and three earned runs.
In the win over Montoursville the River Rats were down 6-5 after one but out scored the Tribe 15-1 the rest of the way.

Wesley (3-for-3) had a triple, with four runs scored, and an RBI, as well.
