WYALUSING — RTL Majors Softball pulled away from Elk Lake with a 13-3 win in four innings during District 33 pool play action Monday.

Elk Lake led 3-2 after one and it stayed like that through the second inning. RTL got their offense going in the third with a 5-run inning, then secured the win with a six runs in the fourth.

Aubri Brown (2-for-3) had a home run, 4-RBI, and two runs scored as Stella Sheldon (2-for-3) had 3-RBI with three runs scored.

Cassadee Benjamin (2-for-3) had a double with two runs scored, as Hadley Adams (1-for-2) had a double with 2-RBI, and a run scored.

Fallon O'Connor (2-for-2) scored a run with Madelyn Sweeney crossing home twice while driving in a run. Skylar Gamble and Cora Trobaugh also scored as Riley Welles had an RBI.

Mollee Warner struck out eight in the win.

RTL will wrap up pool play on Wednesday at NEBall.
