Athens defeated Hughesville (50-5) and Towanda (39-20) to stay undefeated, with Towanda beating Waverly (28-24) to be at 5-1.

Troy got wins over Wyalusing (28-19) and Hughesville (36-8), as Wyalusing topped Waverly (24-16).
