CORRY — Troy used a 5-run top seventh to rally past Corry, 6-4, during the Junior Softball Pennsylvania State Semifinals on Wednesday.

They'll play in the winner's bracket final against West Suburban, 4-1 winners over DuBois, at 6 p.m. on Thursday.

Corry jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first, then scored two more in the third for a 3-0 lead.

Troy got on the scoreboard with a run in the top of the fourth, but it was their big seventh inning that saw them take the lead over the hosts.

Mya McClure's (1-for-3) 3-RBI triple was the key hit to give them the 5-3 lead, then she scored on a passed ball for the 3-run advantage.

Corry got one run back in the bottom half for the 2-run difference.

Blaklee Brown (2-for-3) doubled and scored twice, as Haleigh Shultz (1-for-3) scored, and had an RBI.

Aubrey Knapp scored, and drove in a run, as Lily Weaver also crossed home. Mya Monro (1-for-3) added a hit.

Brown saw most of the action in the circle, striking out 14 for Troy in seven innings of action. Weaver did come for a batter.
