WYALUSING - It's been 20 years since Wyalusing had a boys soccer team, but on Monday that wait was over as the Rams took the first for their first ever team practice.

"We're very excited," said coach Jeff Homer. "We're looking forward to it."

This has been something that's been brewing for a while.

"I've been a lifelong fan of soccer, and now my son is also involved in soccer," he said. "It was just a bit of an opportunity, I think, to give the boys at Wyalusing another choice for a sport."

The players themselves share that enthusiasm.

"I'm pumped," Grayson Homer said.
