EAST TROY — Troy fell to Williamson, 9-1, in their season opener during NTL boys soccer action Saturday.

Gavin Lykon-Leffler had the Trojan goal on a penalty kick.

Benjamin Bower, Shae Davis, and Reed Vargeson had two goals each, with Maddox Hartman, and Karter Preston also scoring. 

Troy also had an own goal.

Kix Carr made 14 saves in net for Troy.

Williamson had a 30-8 edge in shots, and 13-0 advantage in corner kicks.

Troy (0-1) travels to Muncy on Monday.
