A busy day for Fall sports enthusiasts with cross-country starting, while there is plenty of soccer, and volleyball.

CROSS-COUNTRY
Towanda, Troy, Canton at Athens, 4:30 p.m.: The meet will take place at SRU as the Knights look to defend their league titles.

NEB, CV, NP-Mansfield at Wellsboro, 4:30 p.m.: The Panthers strike out west to star the season as they take all three Tioga County teams.

Sayre, Sullivan County at Wyalusing, 4:30 p.m.: The Rams open the season at home with the defending Small School champions.

VOLLEYBALL
Towanda (1-0) at Wyalusing, 7 p.m.: A big rivalry match-up early this year with the Knights coming off a win over NPL.

Athens at Troy, 7 p.m.: The Trojans claimed the Williamson Tournament title this year with Athens falling in the semifinals.

CV at NEB, 7 p.m.: Both teams competed at the Williamson Tournament title this past weekend.

Canton at Williamson, 7 p.m.: Canton reached the quarterfinals of the Williamson Volleyball Tournament, while Williamson fell in the finals.

BOYS SOCCER
NEB at Williamson (1-0), 4 p.m.: The season opener for the Panthers while Williamson is coming off a win over Troy.

Wyalusing (0-1) at Galeton (1-0), 5:30 p.m.: The Rams hit the road as they look to bounce back from their loss to Wellsboro. Galeton recently defeated NPL 5-1.

Troy (0-2) at Wellsboro (1-0), 5:30 p.m.: The Trojans hit the road to perennial powerhouse Wellsboro, who beat Wyalusing to start the season.

NPL (0-1) at Towanda (1-0), 6 p.m.: The Knights' early season home stand continues as they welcome NPL, who lost to Galeton to open the season.

GIRLS SOCCER
Muncy at Troy (0-1), 4:30 p.m.: The home opener for Troy as they look to bounce back from their loss to Loyalsock on Saturday.
