LAPORTE — Quinn Pennella scored a goal as Sullivan County fell 7-1 to South Williamsport during Mid-Penn girls soccer action Tuesday.

The goal came late in the first half on a shot outside the 18 that hit the corner. 

The Griffins were down 3-0 at the time, making it 3-1 at the break. South went on to score four more goals in the second half.

Charley Insinger had 18 saves for the Griffins.
