CAMPTOWN — Several area runners had strong showings at the Camptown Races this past weekend.

In the 5K Sullivan's Calen Sweigart won for the boys with a 22:03, while group winners were Brandon Kelley (30-39, 24:38), Micah Bohn (12 and under, 25:57), Seth Sweigart (13-19, 26:05), Tom Carter (Masters Male, 26:54), Richard Sweigart (40-49, 28:38), Dylan Jasulevicz (20-29, 29:14), Sean Mills (50-59, 31:31), Michael J Piecyk (60-69, 36:35), and Ryan Matson (Clydesdale champ, 41:39)

On the girls side Camryn Gesford won in 28:22.

Earning age group titles were Mimi Dewing (Masters, 32:00), Evelina Howard (12 and under, 33:05), Harper McCarthy (13-19, 33:46), Colleen Howard (30-39, 33:46), Jenny Ferris (40-49, 38:18), Kadence Merritt (20-29, 38:58), Liz Carter (70-plus, 49:04), and Liza Vitali (50-59, 49:32).

For the 10K Declan Giannone won the boys race in 44:09.

The age group champions were Isaac May (20-29, 46:58), Brad O'Connor (30-39, 47:54), Scott Hakes (Clydesdale, 48:55), Jason Girven (Masters, 49:18), Eli Howard (12 and under, 52:21), Chris Carr (40-49, 55:33), and Thomas Wilber (70-plus, 1:04.27).

Zoey Reese won the girls title in 52:54.

The age group champs include Sarah LaFrance (Athena, 56:55), Sierra Allen (20-29, 57:35), Lacy Powers (30-39, 59:19), Ashlee Butkiewicz (Masters, 1:01.34), Sharon May (50-59, 1:07.27), Danielle Rubin (40-49, 11:40), and Gwyneth Chobot (60-69, 1:45.13).
