WYSOX — Towanda golfers defeated Corning, 156-175, in non-league action on Monday.

Boom Thompson shot 35 to lead the Knights, with Owen Savercool getting a 39. Jason Wickwire tallied a 40, Dempsey Stevens shot 42, Harper Welles had 43, and Graham Welles finished with a 47.

Thompson had birdies on the par-4 first hole, and par-4 eighth hole to go with five pars.

Savercool had five pars with Harper Welles and Wickwire getting four pars each. Stevens and Graham Welles each had three.

The Lady Knights shot 135, led by Rosie Glantz's 44. Olivia Heath finished with a 45, Payton Perry scored a 46, Izzy Repsher had 56, and Gemma Brown tallied a 73.

Heath and Glantz had two pars each, with Perry getting one par.
