A lot of good performances this week as several teams began hitting their strides.

On the boys side Troy's Spencer Martin had a career night against Wellsboro, going 7-for-8 for 241-yards and three touchdowns to be the Male Athlete of the Week.

For the girls Wyalusing went 3-0 this week, including big wins over Canton and Athens, as Josie Ferris finished with 45 assists, 39 digs, eight kills, and four aces to be the Female Athlete of the Week.
