ROME — Both Sullivan County cross-country teams took third at the NTL Coaches' Invitational on Saturday.

The Griffin boys were scored 75 points, just one point behind NEB (74) while Towanda (44) pulled away for the win.

Calen Sweigart (17:32.21) was fifth to lead Sullivan, with Carter Blasi (18:02.28) taking 11th.

Seth Sweigart (18:21.95) was 13th, Chase Preston (18:23.84) came in 14th, and Andrew Kapec (19:40.3) was 37th to round out their scorers.

The Lady Griffins score 88 points, just behind NEB (84) while Towanda (51) pulled away for the win.

Paige Jordan (20:34.08) was third overall to lead Sullivan with Addisyn Templin (22:16.82) in 15th. Adilynn Thibodeault (22:46.63) came in 18th, Kara Jordan (23:41.75) was 22nd, and Breeah Boatman (28:09.48) took 46th to round out their scorers.
