ROME — Canton had a top 10 finisher in Manual Halbfoerster at the NTL Coaches' Invitational on Saturday.

The Warriors (182) were eighth as a team with Halbfoerster (17:44.57) coming in ninth overall.

Landon Lake (18:42.64) came in 17th, Tommy Preston (20:47.75) was 56th, Levi Vermilya (21:03.58) took 59th, Kobi Hoover 921:09.76) was 60th, and Ryan Inman (21:42.93) came in 63rd to round out their scorers.

In the girls race Elizabeth Halbfoerster (24:13.18) was 25th, and Sarina Hess (26:00.43) came in 35th.
