Northern Tier Sports ReportTOWANDA — The Towanda track and field teams were gearing up for the season during practice Thursday.
They were missing half their team on class trips, but still had plenty as they look to get back to states.
“My 29th year, I’m still excited about it,” said Towanda coach Mark Vail. “Basically, the program kind of runs itself anymore, we’ve done it for so long.”
