
Troy’s Kailyn Sterling was named the Girls’ Basketball NTL Player of the Year by the coaches recently.
Williamson’s Taylor Rae Jones was named the Offensive Player of the Year, Athens’ Addy Wheeler was named the Defensive Player of the Year and the Williamson staff earned Coaching Staff of the Year.
Ella VanNoy was named the Sixth Man of the Year, with fellow Trojans Alyssa Parks and Giana Renzi earning first team honors for Large School. Wyalusing’s Chloe Bennett and Towanda’s Brynn Woodruff were also named to the first team.
Other first team members were Williamson’s Kenna Thomas and Wellsboro’s Paige Logsdon.
On the second team are Troy’s Gloria Andrews and Katie Lackey, Towanda’s Mya Maynard, Wellsboro’s Chloe Brandenburg, and Williamson’s Olivia Meisner and Madisen Jones.
The first team for Small School are NEB’s Leah Beebe and Emma Neuber, Canton’s Kendall Kitchen, NPL’s Haley Litzelman and Kameron Lightner, and CV’s Ella Churchill.
The second team members are NEB’s Lani Thomas, Canton’s Cailyn VanNoy, Sayre’s Abbie McGaughey, CV’s Ashley Woodring, NPL’s Tierney Patterson, and NPM’s Mckenna Lightner.
