NTL TRACK & FIELD: TOWANDA'S LARSON COMPETES IN THE 1600 AT STATES (2024-05-24)

SHIPPENSBURG — Towanda’s Izzy Larson took 20th during the Class AA girls’ 1600 at the PIAA Track and Field Championships on Friday.

Larson finished in 5:23.41 as she was as high as 10th at the midway point of the race but fell back during a rough third lap.

Towanda’s Varrius Farrell will compete in the shot put on Saturday afternoon.
