NTL CROSS-COUNTRY: DEWING PACES NEB AT CLIFF ROBBINS (2024-08-31)

DALLAS — NEB’s Creed Dewing opened the season with a top three finish at the Cliff Robbins Invitational on Saturday.

Dewing (17:07) took third with teammate Ryan Jones (17:53) 13th. Rounding out their top five were Dayton Russell (19:09) in 55th, Brody Bennett (19:30) in 44th, and Jackson Martin (19:31) in 45th.


Amelia Kapr (24:05) paced the girls’ side with a 37th place finish as Sophie Bennett (24:11) was 39th. Kara Dughi (24:31) came in 44th, Ruth Laudermilch (25:12) took 54th, and Ireland Coats (27:20) came in 81st to round out their top five.


In boys’ junior high action NEB had three in the top 10 led by Josiah Russell (11:44) in sixth place. Levi Dewing (11:46) came in eighth, and Anthony Johnson (11:48) took 10th.


Julia Laudermilch (15:01) led the girls’ junior high runners with a 35th place finish.
