Northern Tier Sports ReportMANSFIELD — The Troy boys’ cross-country team earned two NTL dual meet wins on Tuesday.
The Trojans defeated NP-Mansfield (20-42) and CV (18-45).
NPM’s Michael Knefley (17:31) won the race followed by Trojans Frank Harper (18:31) and Evan Geer (18:32).
Hart Houseknecht (19:05), RJ Bellinger (19:09), and Mason Wulff (19:23) rounded out their top five in fifth, sixth, and seventh.
On the girls’ side Troy fell to NPM 20-41 and CV 9-12.
Alyssa Parks (20:14) won the race for the Trojans as Kalynn Keltz (29:35) was 11th and Sheridan Wilcox (29:50) came in 12th.
In the junior high races NPM defeated Troy 17-19 and CV edged Troy 10-11 on the boys’ side. Trojan Kyle Kibbe (9:56) won the race.
For the girls Troy edged CV 28-29, while both teams beat NPM 15-50. Troy’s Annika White was the third girl in 11:18.
