Northern Tier Sports ReportTOWANDA — The Towanda Black Knights lost a tough battle against district power Southern Columbia, 3-0, in non-league boys’ soccer action Saturday.
The Tigers led 2-0 at the half then added one more in the second half.
Southern had a 25-4 edge in shots as keeper Blaze Nichols finished with 17 saves for the Knights.
Towanda (3-2) host NP-Liberty on Tuesday.
