NTL BOYS' SOCCER: WELLSBORO CLEANS UP ALL-STARS; TOWANDA, NEB, TROY HAVE PLAYERS NAMED (2024-10-30)

Wellsboro cleaned up the NTL boys’ soccer All-stars, earning all major awards.

Micaiah Fitch was named the Player of the Year, Alex Citrino the Offensive Player of the Year, Micah Vickery the Defensive Player of the Year, and the Hornet coaches the Coaching Staff of the Year.


Towanda’s Ben Shrawder was the Rookie of the Year.


The first team forwards selections are Fitch, Citrino, Williamson’s Aiden O’Neal, and NPL’s Adynn Wheeland.


Midfielders are Towanda’s Jack Wheaton, NPL’s Brady Stetter, and Wellsboro’s Lucas Cueno, and David Seeling. 


The defenders are Vickery, Galeton’s Jordan Ward, NEB’s Eli Stanton, Wellsboro’s Owen Stevens, and Williamson’s Jordan Monroe.


NPL’s Deakon Valentine is the keeper


The second team forwards are Athens’ Troy Rosenbloom, Troy’s Landon Jenkins, and Williamson’s Hayden Plunkert, and Brady Colwell. 


The midfielders are NEB’s Tyler Kuhn, NPL’s Tayton Strange, Wellsboro’s Jude Cuneo, Williamson’s Liam Kies, and Athens’ Brayden Onofre.


On defense are NEB’s Dan Barrett, Towanda’s Connor Barnes, and Owen Lane, and NPL’s Brody Grinnell.


The second team keeper is Logan Stickler.
