Montoursville won the first eight matches - three by fall, two by forfeit and technical falls, and one major decision - build a 44-0 lead.
Leland Pepper (215) scored a 10-1 major decision over Gabriel Vanderwall to get Canton on the scoreboard, but Montoursville came back with back to back falls.
Carson Castle (114) notched a forfeit for Canton’s final points, with Montoursville ending things on a fall with Aristotlis Bobotas (121) pinning Lyle Vermilya in 2:53.
Canton (2-2) hosts Athens on Tuesday.
