Northern Tier Sports ReportELMIRA, N.Y. — NEB dancer Jasmine Elliott will be headed to college Nationals to compete for Elmira College.
The dance team recently had a second-off performance where they did their nationals routine on campus. They’ll compete at nationals next weekend.
