NTL SOFTBALL: FLUCK HELPS WYALUSING BLANK WYOMING (2025-04-18)

Northern Tier Sports Report
WYALUSING — Wyalusing’s Addison Fluck had a dominant outing as the Rams won their sixth straight game, beating Wyoming 3-0 in non-league softball action Friday.

“It’s really nice that the girls have settled down, and playing well,” said Wyalusing coach Brett Jayne. “Addison threw a really nice game. Defensively, the girls played really well, and the bats seem to be coming around; everyone through the line-up is putting the ball in play really good. Kirra Millard is settling in nice catching, and hitting the ball hard. I’m very pleased with the whole team, including the bench, who’ve been working really had at practice, and playing well as a team. The seniors are stepping up great as team leaders.”

Fluck struck out six while allowing one walk, two hits, and no runs in seven innings of action. She also went 3-for-3 with a double, and an RBI at the plate, while Millard (2-for-3) also had a double.

Kylie Pickett (1-for-3) had a triple, an RBI, and a run scored, with Josie Ferris (1-for-3), and Addisyn Bly (1-for-3) also getting hits.

Ellie Adams scored a run, with Rachel Wilson driving one in.

After a scoreless first Wyalusing pushed one across in the second as Millard led off with a hit. Her courtesy runner, Adams, would score on a 2-out Fluck double for the 1-0 lead.

Wyalusing pushed two more runs across in the third with Nickeson hitting a 1-out double. She scored on a Pickett triple, who was then plated by Wilson with a sacrifice fly.

Wyalusing (6-4) hits the road on Tuesday as they travel to Williamson.
