Northern Tier Sports ReportMANSFIELD — The RTL Minors Softball team led 2-0 midway through the first inning but Southern Tioga scored 12 unanswered to pick up the 12-2 in in four innings during District 15 Little League bracket play Friday.
Southern Tioga rallied in the bottom half of the first with five runs, then added three in both the second and third innings. They finished things off with a run in the fourth.
Mollee Warner and Ileana Putney scored the two RTL runs, with Warner striking out two in the circle.
RTL hosts Canton on Sunday with a 4 p.m. start.
