Meadowbrook scored both goals in the first half as Maddy Fanacht and Erica Stattler both scored.
Meadowbrook out shot NEB 20-16 with the Panthers getting a 6-4 corner kick edge.
Leah Beebe made 14 saves for the Panthers.
