NTL GIRLS' SOCCER: TROY FALLS TO DEFENDING STATE CHAMPS, NW LEHIGH (2025-11-04) Northern Tier Sports Report NEW TRIPOLI — Troy fell to the defending state champions, Northwestern Lehigh, 6-1 during the opening round of the PIAA, Class AA Girls’ Soccer Playoffs Tuesday.
Giana Renzi had the Trojan goal as they became just the ninth team this season to score a goal against the now 27-0 Tigers.
It was 4-1 at the half as NW Lehigh had a 15-6 edge in shots. The Tigers also had an 8-3 edge in corner kicks.
Izzy Renzi made seven saves in net for the Trojans.
